We accept pets in our hotel rooms. Pets are defined as cats and dogs that are small or medium-sized and weigh up to 50 lbs. or 24 kg. We do not accept exotic pets, including all types of birds, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, ferret, snakes, and spiders.
The maximum number of pets we allow is 2. We charge $20.50 per night (plus GST) for 1 pet and $30.25 per night (plus GST) for 2 pets. Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage that is caused by their pet/s. The damage fees will be applied to the guest folio or credit card.
When the owners are absent from the guestroom, their respective pets must be kenneled. Our staff will not service rooms if the pets are not properly kenneled. We assume no responsibility for pets that are not kenneled.
Pets that create disturbances during their stay must be removed. For the safety and comfort of our other customers, pets must be kenneled or controlled on a leash when they are in public areas.
We are a non-smoking hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in the room, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250.00. The additional cleaning fee will be applied to the guest folio.
Sports Teams Policy
The leader of the group agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damages caused by the team. In addition, the leader must sign the policy prior to being issued the keys. For underage teams, there needs to be a minimum of 1 chaperone available and on site at all times.
We accept major credit cards, bank debit cards, Canadian dollars. Guests without a credit card are able to pay in cash or debit with proper photo identification. Prepaid credits cards are not accepted.
Documents that may be used as identification include an Alberta Operator’s License, Out of Province/State Operator’s License, Alberta Identification Card, Armed Forces Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Certificate of Immigrant Authorization Card, Firearms Possession Certificate, or passport.
For security purposes, guests who choose to pay with a credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of their stay, plus $200.00 for incidentals. Clients who choose to pay with cash must leave a $250.00 deposit at the front desk.
We do accept faxed-in credit card authorizations for guestrooms and services. A clean photocopy of the credit card, CVV numbers, and photo ID must accompany the credit card authorization. We are unable to accept credit card authorizations via email. The CHIP credit card and PIN must be used in our point-of-sale terminal for us to accept a credit card authorization payment.
Guests are asked to use a different method of payment if the CHIP credit card and PIN do not function in our point-of-sale terminal.
All of our guests agree to pay for the services provided by our hotel. In addition, all of our guests also agree to pay for all collection, legal, and court costs should they fail to pay for the services provided by our hotel.
All reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of $30.00 (in Canadian dollars). If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the date of arrival, then no charges are applied. However, if a cancellation is made after the 48-hour period, charges will be applied. For no-shows, the charge of one night’s stay will be applied.
Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Our check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests who check out after 12:00 p.m. will be required to pay a late checkout charge.
