Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards, bank debit cards, and Canadian dollars. However, prepaid credit cards are not accepted.


Identification Requirements:

Valid identification documents include an Alberta Operator’s License, Out of Province/State Operator’s License, Alberta Identification Card, Armed Forces Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Certificate of Immigrant Authorization Card, Firearms Possession Certificate, or passport.


Credit Card Pre-Authorization:

For security purposes, guests opting to pay with a credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of their stay, plus an additional $300.00 for incidentals.


Credit Card Authorization Process:

We accept faxed-in credit card authorizations for guestrooms and services. The authorization must be accompanied by a clean photocopy of the credit card, CVV numbers, and a photo ID. Credit card authorizations sent via email will not be accepted. The CHIP credit card and PIN must be used in our point-of-sale terminal for credit card authorization payments.


Alternative Payment Method:

Guests are kindly requested to use an alternative payment method if the CHIP credit card and PIN do not function in our point-of-sale terminal.

Legal Terms

Payment Responsibility

All guests are obligated to pay for the services provided by our hotel.


Collection and Legal Costs

Guests also agree to bear all collection, legal, and court costs in the event of non-payment for services provided by our hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $30.00 (in Canadian dollars) is applicable to all reservations.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date incur no charges. However, cancellations made after this 48-hour period will result in charges.

No-Show Charges

For no-shows, the charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied.

Check-In Time

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.

Check-Out Time

Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Guests checking out after 12:00 p.m. will be subject to a late checkout charge.
