Valid identification documents include an Alberta Operator’s License, Out of Province/State Operator’s License, Alberta Identification Card, Armed Forces Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Status Card, Certificate of Immigrant Authorization Card, Firearms Possession Certificate, or passport.
For security purposes, guests opting to pay with a credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of their stay, plus an additional $300.00 for incidentals.
We accept faxed-in credit card authorizations for guestrooms and services. The authorization must be accompanied by a clean photocopy of the credit card, CVV numbers, and a photo ID. Credit card authorizations sent via email will not be accepted. The CHIP credit card and PIN must be used in our point-of-sale terminal for credit card authorization payments.
Guests are kindly requested to use an alternative payment method if the CHIP credit card and PIN do not function in our point-of-sale terminal.
All guests are obligated to pay for the services provided by our hotel.

We accept pets in our hotel rooms. Pets are defined as cats and dogs that are small or medium-sized and weigh up to 50 lbs. or 24 kg. We do not accept exotic pets, including all types of birds, gerbils, hamsters, rabbits, ferret, snakes, and spiders.
The maximum number of pets we allow is 2. Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage that is caused by their pet/s. The damage fees will be applied to the guest folio or credit card.
When the owners are absent from the guest room, their respective pets must be kennelled. Our staff will not service rooms if the pets are not properly kennelled. We assume no responsibility for pets that are not kennelled.
Pets that create disturbances during their stay must be removed. For the safety and comfort of our other customers, pets must be kennelled or controlled on a leash when they are in public areas. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet.

We are a non-smoking hotel. If there is evidence of smoking or drug use in the room, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250.00. The additional cleaning charge also applies to any odours deemed offensive by the hotel.
